Plainchecks
Plainchecks（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を一切取得しません。本アプリに登録された習慣、記録、リマインダー設定などのデータが、開発者の管理する外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）を取得しません。また、アクセス解析ツールや広告 SDK などの第三者サービスも使用しておらず、トラッキングも行いません。
本アプリは、ユーザーが習慣ごとに設定した時刻に、端末内で完結するローカル通知を送ります。通知の内容に個人情報は含まれず、開発者の管理する外部サーバーを介して通知が送信されることもありません。
本アプリのデータは、デフォルトではユーザーの端末内のみに保存されます。アプリを削除するとデータも消去されます。
ユーザーが設定画面で「iCloud 同期」を有効にした場合に限り、データは Apple iCloud を通じて、同じ Apple ID にサインインしている他の端末と同期されます。Apple ID を紛失すると、iCloud のデータを復元できなくなる可能性があります。
本アプリはユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合はこの限りではありません。
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、日本法に従い解釈されるものとします。
本ポリシーの内容は、変更の内容が合理的な範囲において、法令その他の事情により、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Plainchecks
Plainchecks (hereinafter "the App") does not collect any personal information from users. Data registered in the App, including habits, records, and reminder settings, is not transmitted to any servers managed by the developer.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers). The App does not use any third-party services such as analytics tools or advertising SDKs, and does not perform any tracking.
The App sends local notifications at the times you configure for each habit. These notifications are generated entirely on your device, contain no personal information, and are not sent through any developer-managed server.
By default, App data is stored only on the user's device, and is removed when the App is deleted.
When the user enables "iCloud Sync" in Settings, data is synced via Apple iCloud across other devices signed in to the same Apple ID. If the Apple ID is lost, iCloud data may become unrecoverable.
The App does not disclose user information to any third parties, except as required by law.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
This policy may be changed without prior notice to users, provided that the changes are reasonable, due to legal requirements or other circumstances. The revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
